Apply NowAt all levels of study, extreme care is taken to ensure that all aspirants get enough opportunity for self-satisfaction. The students are engaged in International case studies, essay writing & presentation skills with emphasis on citation referencing & bibliography.
In the first two levels, students are regularly exposed to practices and problems within the hospitality industry through work in kitchen, the training restaurant, the front office studio, accommodation operation and assumes responsibility for managing the operations.
The curriculum at GIMS is designed to motivate students to learn holistically through research, field trips, surveys, real-time practice in an attached hotel and develop perspective through sharing of ideas with eminent guest lecturers.
On completion of the course, the placements cover various types within the hospitality industry; be it the airlines sectors or the process outsourcing sectors or the hotel industry including the resorts, catering sectors and the luxury sectors.
Refreshment and relaxation is essential and that leisure is made more interesting through Indoor-outdoor games/tournaments, quizzes, etc. Also, Annual Fest is organized for the student’s recreation. Excursions are planned for better socializing, interactive learning, handling responsibilities and boosting their confidence.
